If you are not 100% satisfied with your software purchase, send an email to us within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your name, the date of your purchase, and the reason for your return.

Upon receipt within 30 days of your purchase, we will promptly issue a refund of your purchase price, including tax if applicable.

Book Returns

You can return purchased books for a full refund of the purchase price, including tax if applicable, provided:

• The purchased book(s) are unopened (in the original shrink-wrap packaging with our label intact).
• Your return package is postmarked no later than 30 days from the date it was delivered to you.

• You have included the packing slip that came with your order.

You may wish to use a shipping method where a tracking number is provided. We cannot be responsible if your package is lost in the mail.
